Our goal is to provide a club where anyone and everyone can reach their potential, develop as people and as athletes, and join a vibrant, fun-filled community of motivated students.

From it’s foundation in 1921, Somerville has been providing opportunities for women to row. Now, we aim to enable all students, regardless of gender or background, to participate in this community.

meet the Committee
We are an entirely student-led committee (although we have some much-appreciated support from various staff members in college and alumni). Our committee is elected each academic year by members of the boat club.
